- The ZoneControl drive card facilitates ZPA, allowing goods to be transported without contact. This feature is crucial for ensuring efficient and damage-free handling.
- This drive card can operate independently, making it suitable for applications that do not require a higher-level control system like a PLC.
- The RollerDrive speed, direction of rotation, and logic (single or train release) can be easily configured using DIP switches. An analog signal can also be used to adjust the speed of all connected ZoneControls.
- Additional functions and communication with upstream and downstream conveyors can be implemented via digital inputs and outputs (I/Os).
