Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 27, 2024
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please follow the “Refund Process” which is located near the end of this document.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any electrical component that has been tampered with is not considered a returnable item unless the component is faulty due to the manufacturer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process
Here is the step-by-step process for refunding an item:
1) Contact Berken Solutions at onlineorders@berkensolutions.com to start the return process, and provide the following information:
a. Receipt or proof of purchase
b. A full description of why the item is being returned (damages, faultiness, etc.)
c. Please provide images of the issue(s)
* Your item must have been delivered to you within the past 30 days.
* Do not return the item to Berken Solutions prior to being approved in step 2.
2) Wait for return approval.
a. If approved, move to step 3
3) Ship the returned item to:

* Securely pack your item in its original packaging.
4) Inspection and Notification:
a. Once Berken Solutions receives the returned item, the item will be inspected.
b. Customers will be notified whether the refund is approved or not.
NOTE: The inspection process can take up to 10 business days to review unless we need to reach out to the manufacturer. In that case, the inspection process can take up to 4 to 6 weeks.
5) Receiving your refund:
a. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed.
b. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days.
c. NOTE: It may take additional time for financial institutions to process the refund.
6) Follow-Up:
a. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received the refund, contact us at onlineorders@berkensolutions.com.
